Where can I buy the Fontaillade wine in the Netherlands

How long can I keep a bottle of wine after opening it ?

In the fridge, a bottle with a cork is still good after at least 3 days (without significant changes) till 5 days. Vacuum cork is a good way to keep wine good. It's not good to keep an opened bottle out of the fridge, particularly when it's warm outs...

Should genetically modified organisms (GMOs) be used in winemaking?

As for general GMOs use, I really think people have to take care... because yeast can spread very rapidly and it can cause unbalanced environment. GMOs lead also to uniformization... and nobody want that for the wine... Two GMOs yeast exist in Canad...

Absolutely, we already have something like 1300 Australian/NZ wineries but so far not much wines. Actually it is really up to wineries to provide proper information in regards to wines but we are working on that. Thank you...
